Kill Shot Tennis: hitting the living shit out of the ball, making dull-
to-watch winners.
notable practitioners: Del Potro, Isner, Roddick, Karlo
slams in 2009: 1 (Del Potro).
slams in 2010?
(no, i'm not putting Federer on the list because even though he won W
by zoning on his serve, he isn't dull to watch.)
* * * *
i think Kill Shot Tennis is going to bring about empty stadiums and
low ratings. |

I dont think Del Potro is dull to watch. He has good groundstrokes and
a powerful forehand. But he is overall a good baseliner with good
court sense.
But Isner/Roddick/Karlo are ace bombers with an awful baseline game
and completely boring to watch... just like Sampras/Ivanisevic/
Rupedski of the 90s.

Del Potro today compared to Connors/Lendl/Mac is boring, imo.
Although, Del Potro might have done well in that era. i think he has
potential at the net. |

he is too lanky and clumsy. Fed lost because he played into his
hands. Fed doesnt play very smart. Connors/Mac/Lendl/Wilander were
great thinkers on court. They would have messed with Potro's mind. |

Federer had a bit of an off-day. It happens. |
