Is it OK to sell ammo thru the mail? Do you need to pay a hazardous
materials fee?

What he is selling isn't ammo, so he can ship via USPS. But, to answer your
actual question, No, the USPS doesn't ship live ammo. Talk to UPS. Very
simple, and they even have the ORM-D sticker for the box.

Andy does very nice work and once you try a real leather ammo cuff
you'll giggle a little every time you see someone putting up with one
of those silly elastic ammo carriers.
