| What is the ratio of KNO3 to Boron powder for B/KNO3 igniter composition? |

I don't know what any given maker might use, but the stoichiometric
ratio is 2.53 saltpetre : 0.45 boron, or approximately 85:15. This is
probably a good point of departure. Most delay and igniter
compositions are either oxygen-neutral or fuel-rich.
Be careful with boron. I know of a person, well known in the proximate
pyrotechnics industry, who was injured as a batch of boron igniter
composition caught fire while he was mixing it, probably as a result
of static electricity. |

And rather shortly after that accident, his motivation lapsed, other
business issues invaded his life, and he stopped plying his trade.
(The injury was neither trivial nor life-threatening... but it tipped a
"scale" somewhere in his psyche.)
One should be cautious with things of which you're not familiar. I had a
similar (potentially life-changing) incident with 2u magnesium, but
fortunately it didn't end my enthusiasm.

Thank you! I will heed your advice and use an anti-static wristband
grounding strap and wear nothing but cotton clothing.
I don't run A/C or heating yet in the shop so static buildup should be
minimal.
