Thinking of getting either of these. I had 'em when I was a child,
but who knows what damage I was doing to them 40+ years ago <grin>, so
now I want to do it right. My lizard choices are iguanas and the
like. I used to carry them around my neck, scared the bejeezus out of
most people when Mr. Iguana picked up his little head and they
realized that the shirt decoration was alive! On the snake side,
something small, less than four feet. Again, a breed that doesn't
mind being handled--much.
I'm also surprised there are no rec.pets offshoots for reptiles. Lots
of dog and cat ng's, one for alligators, but nothing for general
reptilia. Interesting. |
