Lime Sherbert Delight
2 pkgs (3oz each) lime Jello
2 cups boiling water
2 pints lime sherbert, softened
1 carton (8oz) whipped topping,thawed
In a large bowl, dissolve the Jello in boiling water. Stir in the
sherbert until it is well blended. Chill it until it is syrupy.
Spoon whipped topping into a large bowl, and gradually beat in the Jello
mixture on low speed until it is well blended. Pour it into a 12 cup mold
coated with cooking spray and refrigerate for 6-8 hours or until it has
