Any Thoughts on 'No-Slip' Drivers?...

Have a couple sleds where the track tension adjustment looks reasonable to
me (about 1" free hanging gap at center of slide). Sleds run very nice on
groomed - packed snow, but if in loose snow under WOT conditions, a definite
'banging' is felt that goes away if throttle is eased up or back on
compacted snow. My presumption is the drivers are 'ratchetting' on the lugs.

Anyone use no-slip or anti-ratchet drivers?

Pros - Cons ?

Thanx

Check your manual. Most sleds I know of have a gap spec. with a pull away
force spec. to get the gap.
Free hanging means loose and racheting is the result.
