What is this???More new posters???I apologize to anyone who now seeks
to find peace and tranquility here...I know I am guilty...but I say
again..if some of these people would start opera threads (I DO on
occasion..I used to all the time until I gave up)....we could have
imput from more of the sane population.
Unless you heard about the madness here and are curious...I understand
that..it sure is a nuthouse....CH |

Where are you getting these numbers from? I assume it must be a google
thing. Rec.music.opera is a newsgroup, not a google group. There is
no way to determine how many people are reading this group because there
is no central server. Google can tell you how many people are reading
this group with their interface, but nothing more.

Hello Paul,
UseNet is now part of Google. If you access the group through Google
Groups, you can find statistics about that group, such as, how many
subscribers there are, and even how many time certain posters post.
Rec.Music.Opera is lucky to have two of the most prolific posters on
the planet right here. Charlie aka Charles Handelman aka..... a
million different noms de plume, and Leonard Tillman, who is sure to
show up here soon. Have fun! |
