Hi,

I made my basic oven roasted leg of lamb, well seasoned with a mixture
of EV olive oil, salt, fresh cracked pepper, minced garlic, and fresh
rosemary. I don't have nearly enough pan juices for a gravy, and I'm
looking for a juicy dipping or topping condiment that I could buy or
make that matches well with the ingredients listed above.

I should mention that I don't like mint jelly.

Any ideas?

Yogurt, mixed with something savory works. "Something savory"
might be harissa and/or lemon. Or you could go in a yogurt /
finely diced cucumber direction.

Use a good-quality yogurt, of course...

Damn! That was my only suggestion. How about a mint sauce?
<http://www.allfreecrafts.com/giftinajar/mint-sauce.shtml>. Otherwise,
I'm out of ideas. Mint with lamb and applesauce with pork was the mantra
I grew up with.

Good Question! I don't know, though I always bake the lamb only to 115F and
let it rest for 30 minutes following. I do it indirectly on the grill. I
remove the fell, and as you do, I put garlic slivers and fresh rosemary into
stab wounds throughout. When all works, the pan juices are like the pan
juices you end up with a standing rib roast, and you don't need a condiment.
When we need something we have used a Pomegranate Pear Port sweet sauce,
orange cranberry sauce[from Trader Joe's], Tamarind Date Chutney, and Narsai
David's Nectarine Chutney. We like Elsenham Country English Mint Sauce. It's
not too sweet. I have also saved the leftover bone and made lamb stock to
use for the next leg of lamb. Check your local Indian market for possible
chutneys. They aren't too sweet.

Best

Hugh
