I'll be honest and say that I don't really pay a whole lot of
attention to the girls. But, amongst the top 3 guys, my pick is
Joshua. He kind of reminds me of Benji from the standpoint of him
coming out and always giving a rousing and entertaining performance in
every dance style he's given. Will may be a stronger, more technical
dancer (his Alvin Ailey style stuff is breathtaking), but Joshua, to
me, is the better dancer when it comes to being able to dance strong
in multiple styles every week. Just compare Joshua's worst (that is,
most criticized) routine, the Viennese Waltz, to similar ballroom
efforts by Will (Quickstep) and Stich (Waltz). Yeah, he looked like a
football player doing the moves, but, heck, he's built like a football
player! His effort was still more convincing, more technically
precise, and far more entertaining than Will's amazingly awful
Quickstep and Stich's stunningly terrible waltz.
That said, I think all of them are wonderful dancers, and I admire
their efforts to do the best they can each and every week. All of us
can learn from that.
Just my little two cents.
