Lucky me - I happen to live in the 1st jurisdiction in North America
to implement a carbon tax. Starting July 1st (Canada Day, ironically)
gas prices jump by 2.4 cents per liter in Beautiful British Columbia
(the slogan on our license plates).
Driving home tonight I saw long lineups of cars at every gas station,
trying to fill up before midnight. I put $75 worth in my van.
Oh well maybe this will help sell my Virago 250 a bit faster. I'm even
thinking of selling the S40 (to help finance a Hinckley Bonnie).
