Painting The Sun - Four Days with David Lanz
July 10 - 13, 2008
NEWS UPDATE: Please note that we have reduced the fees to make this
retreat more accessible to everyone who wants to attend!
The new fees are as follows:
The entire 4-day fee is $1000, which covers the retreat with all meals.
Accommodations are up to the attendees to arrange; there are suites
and rooms at the retreat center. The additional charge is $300 for
rooms and $400 for suites. There are also hotels very close by which
range from: $49.95 (Motel 6) to a little over $120 (the former Holiday
Inn Express). All transportation to be arranged by attendees.
Attendees will experience a banquet, daily gourmet meals, and welcoming
concert, two workshops with Q & A sessions, a private lesson with David
(aimed at your individual skill level for those interested) impromptu
performances, a special evening showing of David's Southwest inspired
DVD "Living Temples", and a champagne brunch and concert on Sunday with
David giving us a sneak preview of his upcoming solo piano recording
"Painting The Sun."
Special guest and World flutist Gary Stroutsos will also join David
during the weekend and will be a feature performer at the Sunday concert.
It is not necessary for guests to be pianists. This four day event is
open to all music lovers and aficionados.
Advance reservations for this four day workshop event with David are
available now!
Advance reservations are also being accepted for the Champagne Banquet
Brunch on Sunday followed by the concert with David and world flutist
Gary Stroutsos at $85 per person or $150 per couple.
The Four Day Retreats are limited to twelve (12) people. Reservations
are necessary, and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
