(seen on uk.r.m) - This is kinda weird - some character is selling
a house plus entire lifestyle (including a Kawi Ninja) in Perth,
Australia.

Well, I don't think *I'll* bid on it. For one thing, from where I live,
this is nearly the ends of the Earth (antipodes). I don't know anyone
in Perth -- in fact all I know about Western Australia was in the movie
_A Waltz Through the Hills_. For another, if I simply showed up
at the Perth airport saying, "Hi, I just bought a house here and
I've come to live in your country," Aussie Immigration might not
be very amused.
Of course the real problem is the Ninja. I don't ride sportbikes,
so, sorry, the deal's off.
