* Ages Range from 28 to 38
* Share Members consists of NYC professionals
* Mixed singles and couples (couples recommended to take C weekend)
* Season is from November 15th to April 15th
* 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 baths
* Hot Tub, Sauna, Fireplace, Board Games, Karaoke machine
* Slopeside Condo: "Ski-in, Ski-out" - Ski out the door onto Sachem trail!
* Discounted ski tickets via Okemo Trailside home owners association
* 3 day or longer lift tickets good at both Okemo and Stratton Ski resorts
PRICE:
$1,700 for full share; (24 weekends)
$1,000 for 1/2 share: (12 weekends - "A", "B", "C" and "D")
$650 for 1/4 share: (6 weekends - "A", "B", "C" or "D")
Note: Prices increase Mon. Oct 8th, then again Mon. Nov 5th, so book now
and save!

B- Week Dates 11/23, 12/21, 1/18, 2/15, 3/14 & 4/11

I am running an amazing Ski Share House this Winter again. It is a 4
bedroom slopeside ski condo at Okemo ski resort in Ludlow, VT. It has 3
floors with 2.5 bathrooms, fire place, huge hot tub, sauna, kitchen,
BBQ, huge outside deck, balcony, TV, DVD, Stereo, Karaoke machine, tons
of Board Games, etc. It can accommodate 14 people per weekend including
guests. It is across the street from Sachem ski trail which means you
can wake-up in the morning and ski out the door! It is a 4 hr 30 min
drive from NYC if you obey the speed limit -- it takes me 4 hours.
Okemo recently bought Jackson Gore ski resort next store and connected
the trails as well! This place is huge... There are at least 6 popular
bars in town including the 2 Ski Lodge bars. Other activities include
tubing, snow showing, ice skating, Spa (get massage, outdoor heated
pool, etc.), or just sit around the lodge fire place and bar if you
don't know how to ski and smooze with the ski studs or snow bunnies.

FYI - It is a 35 minute drive to Killington ski resort (22 miles North)
which gets the same snow falls as Okemo - Great skiing at both! It is a
45 minute drive to Stratton ski resort (28 miles South). It is a 1 hour
10 minute drive to Mount Snow Ski Resort (47 miles South) which
generally gets less snow fall and more rain - disaster last 2 seasons! |
