Local police have suggested that their WARNING FLYER about my sick son
Robert Morein be circulated to the areas where he's been stalking people.
This is the same flyer they circulated around our Philadelphia
neighbourhood.

Please feel free to send to any other victims of Robert Morein.

Over 700 fine citizens have been interested enough to download this WARNING
and many are now appearing in neighborhoods adjacent to our northwest
Philadelphia home.

I am having trouble getting any Real audio files to play. For example, any of the RAM links on this page...

http://www.scpr.org/news/topics/topic.php?topic=science_technology

It opens Real player but no sound. The player works for some sites but not for others.

Same problem if I download the RAM file first, then try to play it from Real player.

I would appreciate hearing any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

What it comes down to Bill is that a non-yagi aerial is essentially a
piece of wire in the air - albeit high up in the air. There may be a
mismatch at the aerial end which could cause a couple of dB loss, but
the offset of the increased signal will far outweigh that loss.

Essentially any vertical aerial at roof height will give a so much
bigger signal that everyone will think it is brilliant, even if
technically it is not!

Yes. In general this is correct. I call it the 'motorbike' principle,
after the man on one of the estates who put his old motorbike on his
neighbour's flat roof and used it as a CB aerial.

Was the feed balanced or unbalanced? 8-]

Slainte,

Jim

If it had twin exhausts it was balanced. If one, unbalanced. Simple, innit?

problems.

A reversed manifold.

Have you tried fitting a mouthpiece? You might well get a tune out of it.

The site works ok for me both on-line and if downloaded first using Real

layer V 11 which i installed today perhaps you could try the new
version.
