There was a short anime series that came out in the mid nineties that i
cannot, for the life of me, remember the name of. I think it started
with an A and was "aria" or something like that. It was about a young
woman whose older brother is killed in space on a ship. She wears a blue
space suit and travels to some other planet. She meets a kid who tags a
long and ends being a girl (earlier having claimed to be a boy). She
fights this bizarre alien monster that has a white face, and she has a
device that will create a crystal shell around her and is seemingly
indestructable. Thats about all i can remember. Does anybody know this
series ?? (i know its vague).
