"The Art Of Beauty and the Beast" Sotheby's Auctions Co. Catalogue
I have for sale the 1992 Edition of Sotheby's Auctions Co. Catalogue of
"The Art Of Beauty and the Beast". The catologue contains 160 pages of
"Beauty and the Beast" Artwork which was auctioned off on Saturday, October
17, 1992.
Introduction Excerpt:
"Each set-up features an original, hand-painted production background
actually used in the film. Coupled with the background is a cel of the
supervising animator's original line drawing for the film. Each cel is
hand-painted by a Disney artist. The resulting work is a certified
one-of-a-kind production composite." Beside each cel, in the book, it
states the size, the price and a brief description as to where the cel was
used in the motion picture (some cels go as high as $4,500)
The "The Art Of Beauty and the Beast" Artworks Catalogue is in MINT condition.
