The drills one can do with a robot are limitless. This clip shows
five sequences being shown from three different angles.

The first sequence shows cross-court forehand loops which are
performed at about 65% speed and power; all you really need a lot of
the time. Notice the hip rotation and perfect follow through with the
arm finishing in a salute fashion.

The second sequence shows controlled backhand loops that are going a
little too high over the net. You want to keep the ball low at all
times. Anderson is very balanced in this sequence and has a
consistent ready position. The hitting hand drops below the waist
then strikes the ball crsply with an excellent follow through.

The next three sequences show Anderson doing easy going smashes with
an exaggerated follow-through to demonstrate proper weight transfer.

Hodges prepared to once again demolish
him at 0 and 1 without even sweating,
amazed at the Neanderthal's morose lack
of coordination.

Hehehe....now is there ANYONE out there who doesnt find that video freekin
HILARIOUS ?!? Is he serious ?!?!?

Ok, ok, ok.....if thats not deliberate comedy then its extremely sad &
pitiful, right ???

OMG ! All this Chico/Rick Anderson is all just a joke isnt it !?!
He's not even an actual living person I bet. I'll wager this is most likely
a semi-ellaborate hoax probably being done by some actor or film student !
The match against LH was all a sham ? I'll also wager this character is a
HUGE fan of Andy Kaufman !

Thats all I got folks ! If Im not right then .....how embarrassing is this
on a scale from one to 10 ? An 11 ?

Peace, Im outta here !

The technique is sound. We take note that you opted for adhominem

attacks instead of pointing to any flaws in the technique. Probably
because the fh and bh demonstrated are done quite properly. The video
was created with beginners like yourself in mind to study and learn.

Be polite and just say "thanks"

It's fundamentally sound clubbing technique, in the strictest Neanderthal
sense.
