visit his local gym and ask the pumpers for it. !!!!!!
I had an instructor years ago tell me it was JUST the winning ticket for a
gelding I had at the time. She told me it would build his muscles so much
easier and quicker. "Ah, gee, whiz, can I?" Oh, boy! Did I run fast_exit
stage right with a drum roll. No side effects whatsoever, none........where
is that bridge we want to sell ya? Or maybe the beach front property in
Arizona?
Some people never get "it".

Hey---I can top that.
We got a call years back at the small animal clinic I work at from a
"professional body builder" (or so he said.....) He seriously wanted to know
the appropriate dosage for a human adult male.

OBHorsey: spent a perfectly ridable day today holding horses for our farrier.
<sigh>
Didn't ride, but with each visit, I learn a thing or two.
