I have a Scrabble game installed on my computer. It can be fun to
play, but there is one irritating thing about it: there is no way to
resign. One can abruptly quit a game and start a new one, but that is
not equivalent to losing because there is no rating penalty from doing
that. One can pass for the rest of the game, but that can take
frustratingly long. Is there a way to (preferably legally) download a
version of Scrabble that enables resignation?
