I have a Royal Albert petit point teapot with no lid, does anyone know
of a source to replace the lid only.

try replacements.com. go to google.com and find the manufacturer (Royal
Doulton, I think) and write them. ebay.

Yes. Buy an identical one, with a lid.
I'm completely serious. You'll pay *up to* 80% of the value of
the entire teapot, just for a replacement lid. Lids are almost
always the part that's lost or broken first, whether it's a teapot,
cookie jar, or casserole.
Unless this particular teapot has some sentimental value,
I'd just replace it.
A previous reply recommended Replacements Limited, and
yes, they have two lids:

Replacements Limited's prices are very high, but they do a
good service for people who need one thing, right now.
You can get the entire teapot, with lid, cheaper on eBay.
