It's not "horse cart" parts, they're too small, too modern and don't
resemble any sort of cart.
They look much more like a power driven layshaft from some sort of farm
machinery. There would have been a flat-belt drive to the pulley, then
the shaft rotated with the mechanism. From the remnants I'm guessing
some sort of air-blowing fan for a winnower ? or else a grain / chaff
screener ? |
