I own a Sig P239 9 and 40 pistol. Having problems with the slide
locking back on the 40. Looking close at the slide slots the 40 slot
is about a 1/4 in shorter in width than the 9. Working the slide
slowly the catch actuaaly drops in the slot then as the slide moves
back it backs out (drops down) and finally catches as the slide moves
forward. Anyone know why Sig made the slot so narrow on the 40??
