Their wings. Eagles have broad, straight wings held flat while they
fly.. Ospreys have a distinct, unmistakable 'kink' to their wings.
Eagles are also much bigger.
Ospreys also look 'pigeon-headed' They lack the supraorbital 'brow'
of eagles.

look at the wing configuration--Osprey will look like a gull
wing--Eagles will be flatter
