I envy you in a way. I have at least three long sleeve race shirts (M)

I can't even wear a short-sleeve while I'm running on this tropical
island; I wear a singlet if race rules says it's required, otherwise
just shorts. My race shirts are for daily wear.

r.r covers a diverse geography. Tropical to the frozen north! What
Island and what is the humidity like? I've heard about tropical
prisons. :)

hi everyone.
I am trying to buy my first long sleeve running sjirt, 1/4 zip.
I tried a North Face and a Mizuno. I wonder how tight it has to be, as
I cant decide between the S size and the M. I ignore if it should be
very tight or a bit loose like a normal tshirt (I am 181cm and 70 kg.
5'11'' and 155)
thanks in advance
regards

I have indeed enjoyed reading some of the posts (and photos) from the
frozen north here.

I ran in Orem, Utah all of 1981, where I had to wear at least a singlet
no matter how hot (the first time I ran there, without, I got hooted and
jeered at by people driving by), but at least the humidity was very low
and I stayed fairly dry. And when it snowed I certainly wore more than a
short-sleeve t-shirt. (I envy my 1981 self too. Lots of chances to wear
a long-sleeve in a Utah fall or winter.)

I'm in Honolulu, on O`ahu, where it doesn't get really hot--only a few
days made it to 90F in October. And it's usually well below 80 when and
where I run early in the morning, but I still get pretty sweaty.
Especially when the trades stop.
