that healthcare costs are rising *now*. Any change that slows the
rate of increase is good change, especially one that extends the
availability of coverage to everyone. No longer will would-be
entrepreneurs be chained to their fulltime jobs and employer-
based insurance! Hooray, capitalism!

All health insurance companies negotiate rates with Drs. and Hospitals,
trying to achieve the lowest rate possible. What does antitrust regulations
have to do with this process?
