I've been searching the web to no avail for information on the web
about the reel strips of the famous A. C. Novelty Multi-Bell Seven Way
slot machine. This was the large-size slot machine that let you put a
coin in any of seven openings, to bet on your chosen fruit symbol, and
the symbols you could choose from included some not among the usual
set of fruit symbols as originated by Mills: *strawberry*, Liberty
Bell, lemon, bar, plum, *apple*, and orange. Apparently the second and
third reels could have a number of other symbols on them as well -
pear, grapes, pineapple, apricot... and, as one more Mills symbol,
cherries.

There do appear to be books with this information in them, although at
least one of the two books I've found in this category is apparently
out of print and unobtainable, and I'm not sure about the other - they
would not be available locally in a book store.

Based on images of the machine, and reading descriptions of how it
works, I have a reconstruction at the bottom of my web page at

http://www.quadibloc.com/math/sloint.htm

but that is simply one possible way it could have been, not the actual
arrangement it really had.

Would anyone wish to recount the sequence of its reel strips (at least
for the 2nd and 3rd reels) or have a pointer to same on the web?
