Possibly. The first couple of years I had him i paid for "training" for
months at a clip with my old barn owner -- only
as a new horse owner I was clueless and didn't know/understand that she
barely got
on him, all she really did was lunge him in small circles which did squat
for him
and probably hurt. Joyce has done trainings with him a month here or there
since i have been working with her (July 0Cool that have really helped, but in
the past year I've spent most of my training budget on the babies to help
get them through the terrible twos and learn
to be mannerly.

I'm going to amend my earlier comment and suggest if you do ever send
him away to pick a rehab trainer given the issues you mention. There
are some top shelf people in this category who have track records of
working with this type of thing.

Still thinking on names.

Okay but I have work to do and can't really focus on that until you do.
Just sayin'. :)

I bet the Clyde in Pete gives him great suspension.

Yes. He is only 1/4 Clyde so it is dicier if he ever makes it to FEI.
You're new boy, being 1/2 draft, is a shoe-in. :)
