Here is a list of bowlers whose first two victims in the debut Limited-
overs International matches were both the opening batsmen. The batsmen
are listed in the second lines and the first one listed was the first
to be dismissed.
*indicates the listed player did not open the bowling
+indicates the listed player was not the second one dismissed in the
innings

Notes:
1. Edwards dismissed the top five players in the batting order,
Matambanadzo the top four and Hoffman the top three.
2. Perera took the first three wickets in the innings but not from the
top of the order.
3. Mohsin’s victims were both ‘caught’ by Salim Malik and both of
Reiffel’s victims were ‘bowled’.
4. Ventkataramana appeared in only one Limited-over International
match and took only two wickets in his career.
5. The two batsmen listed were the only two wickets in Watson’s
career.
6. Matambanadzo dismissed Afridi with the first ball of the match (and
his first delivery).
7. S Sreesanth (Ind) is the only bowler to start his Limited-overs
International career by dismissing #s 10 and 11.
