The East Coast Windsurfing Regatta takes place at West Neck Beach! Be
there at 9AM to check in. Bring duct tape or other means to put a
number on your sail. Start thinking now of how you're going to beat
Pete!

The forecast for race time:
NW winds 15 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.
