When on the phone w/ Earthlink's tech support, ask for the 2nd level
support.

I am still trying to get a response from Level 3. Since approved msgs
are not showing up when I check I can guess that no one using any of
the Earthlink feeds is getting them. I have the feeling that it is
similar to what you had to do with Alexander Bartolich.
