Back further unknowns to girly boys like Russel Webb. You know D's
down in the 7000 range and below, being a criminal lawyer he took a
lot of stills of me as a potential client heh heh
How could you be friends with Webb back in the day on the basis of the
tandem rating he acquired a good deal of time after you ever knew him?
As if, "I was friends with Webb because after I stopped skydiving and
stopped going to dropzones he later got the rating." As if, "He was
my friend because of what would happen in the future." As if you knew
he would get the tandem rating sometime later? Name dropping him as a
friend after he got his tandem rating or in this case, ~because~ of
his tandem rating - as you state above, "because unlike ... (Webb)

always.

Vgeeking was his favorite thing and he may have gotten the TM/JM the
year I retired, don't recall
but the point is he got some kind of instructor endorsement and you
have none. Ted Slaughter was
another Video geek that loved the sport and did a lot of pro bono
work, we went sailing on Clear Lake
after I retired, don't know what happened to him. I still have the
tape of his famous cow patty landing
at Lake Anuach.....Always had hell with climb outs & spots, landed
across the canal once and had to
walk miles to find a crossing so he could get back to the
DZ....Climbed out of the Otter once and for some
reason we went around and there is old Ted...heh heh he must have
looked like Garfield the cat clinging
on the side of that Otter-----I took pity and leaned out the door
blocking slipstream enough so he could
crawl back in. The cow patty landing was a real mess, the pilot
wouldn't let him back on the 206 he stunk
so bad--------This is a example of two grass root Video geeks who were
good guys...What happened to you?
Its my nature to screw with people and I'd drive Ted crazy...He had
this whopping ass full face Video helmet &
to save battery's on his wore out old camera he turned the camera on
just at climb out...Ted would go "IS THE
RED LIGHT ON?" I'd say "NO!" when it was on and he would start
screaming "GO AROUND, GO AROUND!!!!"
and start taking the helmet off then cuss like a sailor when he saw
the red light...The other jumpers thought
it was so funny they would shake their head no every time he asked
about the red light. Never held a grudge though...He
knew we screwed with him because we liked him. He may have retired
because he was in his 50's when
Anuach was still in operation. The guy owned his own business, you
would think he would have mounted a
better camera....One of the modern foo faws that has a sight ring that
tells you if your buddy's are lying about
lights rather than a rusty coat hanger twisted into a sight ring and
glued somehow to a motorcycle helmet.
Shit you couldn't have cut it back then sonny boy....Pretty pathetic,
all those jumps and you can't even get a coaching
endorcement.....Forget a JM rating-----Well I guess thats OK if you
never plan to give back. ;-Pfffff |

BTW a question for Jerry.....Why would a guy doing it for free out in
Hooter ville Ohio need a pro rating?
Practicality. The prospect of exhibitions into landing areas of less
than 5,000 square feet and as close as fifteen feet away from the
audience, including perhaps small stadiums on a school campus for
instance, while keeping on the right side of the FAA, for starters.
If 10 people
and 30 cows want to show up and watch....So what.
Ah, Jinnie, there you go again - it's all about who and how many
~sees~ one skydive which is important to you. No, if the LZ is less
than a certain defined size or in a certain defined location in
relation to anyone watching, no matter the numbers watching, that is
what is important - at least, imporant enough for the FAA to have
specific requirements for parachuting into such a LZ.
Get that 20 bucks in

Well he said over 400 spectators at that last event but seeing all the
grass in the pictures of his Santa Clauz jump I'm interested in how
many cows attended----Shit count the cows to!!! heh...5,000 square
feet is a lot of room...For a Pro
rating in the early 90's they had to stand it up in the peas 10 times
in a row with a USPA Official standing there watching.
Thats in a row------One mis step and scratch it all. Talked to a guy
from Wisconsin that was here in Texas for the winter jumping that had
a E. He got busted up jumping into a Rodeo...No crowd problems, they
were all in the stands,
No animal problems they were all in the pens. A light pole screwed
him. had a line with a flare or smoke hanging
off one foot.....The line wrapped one of the arena light poles and he
down planed into the ground--busted him up pretty bad----His wife
showed me copy's of the X-rays....looked as bad as Dead Mikes. So
people are not the only issue at demo's----Seeing a Skydiver mangled
that bad can't be a big selling point to a arena full of Wuffo's. So a
lot is involved
in Demo stuff, looks like war to me....Anything can get you, best be
checking every little thing out----Mike said Bob has 30 years
experience...I just hope he never upsets a cow with a bad landing----
Think of all those traumatized cows and horses that witnessed that
Rodeo landing. And the thing about that bet, I've bet my life more
than once but I don't gamble money damn sure are interested in seeing
Mike gets his from you though---Since welshing is a way of life with
you punks...He don't get that $20 I'll be dragging that up like the
gold medal you tried to cop credit for when you were first beginning.

Different day around here, Snuffy spewing bullshit and losing track of some
previous bullshit.
Making himself look like the idiot he is.
You know, dingleberry, skydiving is still a great sport. One of the reasons
for this greatness is that it tends to eliminate the
posers, blowhards, wannabees and those who don't work at being heads up.
Unfortunately(for you)/Fortunately(for skydiving) in your case , the system
functioned perfectly. |

Well Bob is out there in rural areas doing his thing, not bothering

Personal life is a bit in a turmoil, and I'm trying to learn a little

ohummmmmmm I could probably use some help in that order.
I got to practice some myself this morning---The VA sent me to a
outside specialist inside the 610 loop in Houston.
I'm setting there in the wrong lane in practically stopped traffic
wanting to get on Fondren...City slickers giving me
the F.U. hill billy hand sign, I'm going ohm ohm ohm real hard...Took
my shooting iron out and threw it on the floor in back so I wouldn't

were driving so I could get over. Actually made it in time for the
appointment----Zen has its uses....Don't see how them Big city people
can stand to live down there in that traffic jam---Coming out around
noon, traffic wasn't as bad but I was the only one doing the speed
limit, even the garbage trucks was running faster than 60...so I'm
setting in the middle lane so I don't get forced off on any exits
going ohm ohm ohm to beat hell....dumb ass's crossing 4 lanes of
traffic and not slowing below 70 or 75 mph. Damnist thing you ever
saw. I see maybe 5 or 6 vehicles out here in the woods on the way to
local towns in a days time...mostly pickups and logging trucks---
Theirs millions of vehicles down in Houston, all pissed off and in a
hurry to get somewhere......ohm ohm ohm ;)
Fondren doesn't run inside the 610 loop. Not a single bit of it.
Doesn't cross 610 anywhere and doesn't come any closer to loop 610
then 4 miles or so further west from 610's west side.

dead end roads where you can see who's coming and we can hardly do
anything for you because you refuse to come into the urban areas
you're so difficult. Go to Conroe but it will pay you about half of
what you got to go into Houston." I go "OK, anything but Sodom and
Gomorrah." "You act like its ambush alley!" "Just about, all of them
big city people seem to be pissed off about something." "Driving in
Houston everyday most likely." "Yep, no doubt....Its a hell of a way
to live, all jammed up together like rats in a concrete warren, 4 and
5 lane highways bumper to bumper crawling or else at a complete stop."
"OK, I'll Fed-X you the lab name & papers. Don't make the U.S.
Government come up there in the woods looking for you!"
No problem I can do Conroe or anything else outside the loop---Look,

You know, dingleberry, skydiving is still a great sport. One of the reasons
for this greatness is that it tends to eliminate the
posers, blowhards, wannabees and those who don't work at being heads up.
Ah yes, the South Beach bootee boy constantly lurking running in to
try a reach around and replace Jerry girl.
I know you want to be number one bootee boy kid but it won't

I took it at face value, Mike. You seem to assume that an inability
to read minds - in this case yours - indicates idiocy.
Making the statement you did about someone you know next to nothing
about indicates idiocy or ego. Take your pick.
That I assume
Bob has a Pro Rating is clear - I said as much - and its based on my
understanding that he is very experience, has significant longevity in
the sport, and his past demonstration skydive accounts. If the
assumption that Bob has a Pro Rating is in error, I'll be quite happy
to stand corrected.
I've assumed nothing, I've never asked him if he did or didn't, but I'm
sufficiently amused by your assumption that I'll put my money where your
mouth/assumptions are, and bet you $100 that he doesn't.
Btw - I thought you weren't reading my
crap. Since you are, again - welcome back.
There were a few days there when things were a bit more like old times,
but you had to go fucking it all up.
If you wish to blame me for what you read, Mike, have a party.
Sorry dipshit, but I'm blaming you for what you write, ie. your stupid
vendetta
I
don't buy it but if that works for you, so be it. That said. it's
your problem, Mike. Not mine. So, tough shit. You want to blame some
fly in your ointment of elysium on someone who posts to a public forum
whenever and whatever he wants - as you've said in the past is the way
it should be - that's your problem.
It is, and always should be so it's not exactly a problem.
Like I've recommended in the
past, Mike, when you come across my posts - it's not like they're
covert or anything - simply close your eyes if you can't keep from
opening those posts. Or killfile if the temptation is too much for
your brain to engage your eyelids shut. Or simply take a deep breath
and stick your head into a bucket of sand.
I'll do none of the above, but expect the occasional missive calling
stupid stupid, ignorance ignorance, and vendettas vendettas.
It's no skin off my ass,
Mike, either way but it sure seems to be chapping yours when the
princess gets shit wrong - and he did - and then gets corrected - and
he does - and then the predictable back and forth commences.
So tell us dipshit, who all of the recent posters told him he got
something wrong?
And then did it over and over...
Do you see the point?
It's not
like you're without solutions, Mike. Surely that threaded newsreader
of yours can render things back to a bit more like old times without
some other skydiver fucking it all up. Ya think?
Let's see - Tony overstated/misstated his case, several old timers
commented, it seemed pretty well resolved, and everyone seemed to accept
it all, and you can do nothing beyond trying to be clever in response to
someone that's jerking your chain.
Over and over...
Mindless vendettas are like that...
That's a load of crap, Mike. This is containment, nothing more.
Yeah, in your mind dipshit, and it sure has worked!!!
Slow down and take a breathe Mike, you are starting to sound like

Only because you are a craven coward, unable to sacrifice for the

That's a load of crap, too. No, "only because" it is just another of
your stupid and unimplementable revenge fantasies.

Only a rat would be afraid of rat shot,
Only a moron would rationalize the idea of actually shooting at people
as a good idea. This isn't about fear of rat shot, dummy, this is
about reality. Come on out to the dz and make it happen and then
you'll get to actually see what sort of "fear" might come into play.
Of course, you won't, you can't, and it's all just a lot of hot air.
shit your jump suit should
stop penetration,
it will only sting a little.
Might improve your canopy skills some
This from the moron who took 80 jumps to stand up a single landing and
who let a canopy steer himself face first into a runway on his last
jump. Ya know, dumbass, anyone with enough practice can get a pro
rating if they make the jumps and focus and remember how to do it
right - but you never did.
trying to dodge drunk rednecks
out for a rat killing!
your chance to man up, take a little rat shot for the DZ's bottom
line.
What's stopping you, Jinnie? Make it happen. Gasbag.

Take it over to the "trying to post" thread young dummy, 130 posts is
unwieldy on google....I'm talking about you over there also......So
hurry on over and defend your ego sweetie----Looks like all of Bobs
threads are due to be pirated and thats a shame because his posts are
wonderful. The question is though, does that make us a Texas version
Somali's? |
