Terry's American Chop Suey
Recipe By: Terry Pogue

1 pound Hamburger
4 strips Bacon -- cut into 1 inch pieces
1/2 box Tomatoes -- diced
1 Onion -- chopped
1 large Green bell pepper -- large dice
1/2 box Elbow macaroni -- cooked al dente

Sauté the bacon until crisp. Add onion and green bell pepper. Sauté until the vegetables start to soften. Add the hamburger and cook until pink is
gone. (I added some cooked chili (just beef no beans or tomatoes) which was leftover from another meal), add tomatoes and simmer gently, covered for
about 30 minutes to develop the flavor. Add the partially cooked macaroni and mix well. Cook until macaroni is just cooked through

Since I used chili meat I didn't have to add spices, just salt and pepper but add the spices you love.
