I need some advice on the transitions btw. swim/bike & bike/run. I
list of necessities and tricks would be nice. Also, how do you keep
from chafing on the bike ride and run after being wet? How do you dry
completely off? Do you take time to apply powder, anti-persperent,
etc? Do you wear bike shoes then switch to running shoes or just use
bike clips.
Like I said I am very new, and just about to do my first event so any
advice would be appreciated! THANKS in advance!
