idea that our west coast customers in particular suggested was to
offer our famous free shipping upgrade. So we are!
For all orders of at least US$100/CAN$100, we will ship your order via
second day air and not charge the normal additional fee for this
service of US$15/CAN$15.
Since many of you also mentioned that anything we can do to save you
money is very much appreciated and needed, we are offering an
alternative to the free shipping upgrade. If you prefer that we ship
your order via normal ground service, we will give you a US$15/CAN$15
gift certificate that you may use anytime in 2009.
To take advantage of this special offer, order at least US$100/CAN$100
of merchandise and write either "Free Shipping Upgrade" or "Free $15
Gift Certificate" in the "Special instructions" field when checking
out. Items that can't be sent by air are not eligible for the shipping
upgrade. Your shopping cart and order receipt will show the regular
price; we will adjust the price when we process your order. Offer
expires March 24, 2009.
