Cant bat cant bowl
The only thing he is good at is getting an injury.
But seriously, what has he done to force a place in the Test side ? |

Why is he in the team? Cause Roy loves fishing too much.
I think he's shown enough potential/form to get selected, but only
just.
In can, though, see what you're talking about. I'd call it a somewhat
'courageous' selection, ala Jim Hacker.
I think the selectors said "we need to keep developing a flintoff like
player, and watson is the best".
The only thing Watson has in common with Flintoff is injuries.
Now I cant remember when Australia has had a decent allrounder ( not
including Keepers ) . I guess its back to the old days of Richie Benaud and
Alan Davidson. I remember when the talk was to get one like Botham.
