If you've been on this newsgroup for a while, you might remember that I went to South Africa on safari a while ago. Well, since then I just can't get the Dark Continent off my mind. I have been planning and scheming to return and hunt again since I stepped off the plane on my return. The guides and people I met while in South Africa have become life-long friends and I've been e-mailing and occasionally talking on the phone with some of them.
Several weeks ago, I was "chatting"via email with one of them and an offer was presented.
I am now the equal partner in a full-service, South African safari company!!! We'll be offering primarily plains game hunts for both rifle and bow hunters. We do have access to dangerous game, but that will be by special request. We'll also be doing photographic safaris and deep sea fishing off South Africa's coast.
Now, I have to go back, and even my wife can't argue with me about it!!!! So, if anyone is interested in going on a hunting adventure, feel free to drop me a line.

Will you be relocating over there or just seasonal work (I know nothing of
seasonal hunting in the Dark Continent) and isn't it a bit warm for your
ticker? But what an opportunity! Goes without saying "once in a lifetime",
but I had to say it anyway LOL
