i..I used to love Cafe Tacci...but now there is a nice treat on
Saturday Nights (well..for the fall.....not at the moment.) Saturday
Nights at O'Neills, near the Met on 64th Street....there are some
marvelous singers..really terrific..especially my dear buddy Ta'u
Pupu'a.
The food is excellent..The audience is most enthusiastic and I think
you will enjoy it...I am not sure when it starts again...but I will
let you know, espceially since I expect to make my return to the stage.
(??)/...(I had a fight with an impresario of a group..and did a Callas
and walked out..so this is a nice new venue. so I can continue to be
the Magda Olivero of NY. Charlie) |
