Can anyone point me to information about Jack Whitaker (or Whittaker,
maybe), a well-known jazz musicians' manager/agent/promoter who died in the
1980s? Everything I find on Google has to do with the sport announcer or
the Powerball winner, neither of whom is the guy I'm looking for further
data on.
