please sign up to http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/banfootball/, after all they
are all over-paid, over indulged, namby pambies. It isn't even as if they
are very good at the game. Their fans are usually causing trouble, and do
not bring the country or themselves any benefit.

The whole sport is a waste of money and effort that could be better used in
other sporting activities, that demonstrate better role models, and codes of
practise that football.

Can't see that petition lasting very long before being pulled as "intended
to be humorous or frivolous" TBH.

I wasn't sufficiently interested to look. Do people really think that any of
these uk.gov petitions are listened to?

No.

Not even if they get 2,000,000 signatures.

Still, it seems that Golden may well be preparing to pretend that he
has listened to the 2,000,000 signature one (making a virtue of
necessity).

There was one petition complaining about a super-mosque.
Anyone who signed up to it got a snotty email claiming to be from Downing
Street calling them a racist.

hoax.

Which proves? There is a reason that hearsay is not allowed in courts,
it's not reliable! However I did read the petition, and IMHO it was
racist, it was also based on a false premise. The originator of the
petition also if I remember correctly had links with the BNP.

The BNP is a perfectly valid party and has more sensible policies than the rest of them.

Today's woman puts on wigs, fake eyelashes, false fingernails, sixteen pounds of assorted make-up/shadows/blushes/creams, living bras, various pads that would make a linebacker envious, has implants and assorted other surgeries, then complains that she cannot find a "real" man.
