A couple for me.....
Yamato 1: Drill missile attack, Gamilon attack, The pluto assault.
Yamato 2: Brumis attack, meeting Trelaina till Telezart in
destroyed, The great space battle btwn the CE and the EDF,
Desslok/Wildstar confrontation, and the Comet Empire attack.
Yamato 3: The bolar attack to the Motherplanet of Galman, Space Sub
attack,

Yamato 1: Rainbow Galaxy Battle/Drill Missle Attack
Yamato 2: Wow. I love the whole series...especially after they leave
Telezart. My favorite would be...wow...has to be the attack on the Comet
Empire
episode 25.
Yamato 3: The episode where Desslok is on the bridge of Yamato.

The episode where everyone was calling home before they lost contact with
Earth. As a child, it blew me away. It made me realise cartoons could be
more than mere entertainment.

That's a great episode! Another, related one, is the one where they
catch the Gamilon pilot and Wildstar remembers the attack that killed
his parents. I was 16 or so when I first saw it. I was also blown away.
And how about the final series 1 episode, right at the end when Avatar
dies, Nova regains consciousness, and Argo (oh, it hurts to type that in
place of the noble Yamato) arrives at Earth? I was a testasterone-pumped
teenager, but I'll admit I shed a tear or two.

Really, the final 8 episodes or so just rock. Probably from the moment
Talan breaks Desslok out of jail. Then it's just one epic moment after
another. The death of Venture, the Desslok/Wildstar confrontation, the
destruction of the moon, the arrival of the Comet Empire at Earth, the
rousing aerial attack on it from above by the Yamato's fighters...
Oh my...I think I'm starting to get a little dizzy. I think I need to
break out the DVDs. Wow, what a great show!
And hey, Ablang, thanks for starting the thread!
