Hi Guys

I need to compile a list of hunting/gun/fishing slogans but don't know
any because i'm not a hunter or fisherman.

Anyone got any suggestions or good one liners?

This marriage has been interrupted for Deer/Duck season.

To long for a catch phrase but reminds me of the Brad Paisley song. Could
just as well have been about hunting.

Brad Paisley

Well I love her
But I love to fish
I spend all day out on this lake
And hell is all I catch
Today she met me at the door
Said I would have to choose
If I hit that fishin' hole today
She'd be packin' all her things
And she'd be gone by noon

Well I'm gonna miss her
When I get home
But right now I'm on this lakeshore
And I'm sittin' in the sun
I'm sure it'll hit me
When I walk through that door tonight
That I'm gonna miss her
Oh, lookie there, I've got a bite

Now there's a chance that if I hurry
I could beg her to stay
But that water's right
And the weather's perfect
No tellin' what I might catch today

Well I'm gonna miss her
When I get home
But right now I'm on this lakeshore
And I'm sittin' in the sun
I'm sure it'll hit me
When I walk through that door tonight
That I'm gonna miss her
Oh, lookie there, I've got a bite

Yeah, I'm gonna miss her
Oh, lookie there, I've got a bite

About the most terse and eloquent I've seen is a bumper
sticker that says " I'd rather be hunting/fishing. )

I'm asking for popular quotes because I'm thining about bringing out a
range of T-shirts with hunting/fishing slogans on.

I went self employed this year after being made redundant, I have an
online store selling shirts for weighlifters and martial artists but
would like to increase the range to hunting/fishing and extreme sports too.

I never posted a link to the site for the fear of being called a spammer.

I'm not a flamebaiter, I've posted in a fishing group too.

Reminds me of a fave from brewing group:

Give a man a beer and he'll waste the rest of the day.

Teach a man to make beer and he'll waste the rest of his life.

He might not have known that the two groups are moderated and that he would have
to wait for the message to make its way to one of the moderators. Then, there is
the wait till it gets approved and sent to the group. Some of the people that
send multiple messages do not realize the moderated status of some groups. Could
be what happened in his case.

Definition of fishing: a jerk on one end of the line waiting for a jerk on
the other.

Why not just do like all the others and steal the slogans from one
of the hundreds of websites selling such already?
