"The Rossoneri contacted me when I decided to move to Italy but I picked
Inter instead. Inter are now a side with no future. They will never be
as good as Milan. Boss Roberto Mancini has his own ideas. He's told me
I'm a good player but that he knows what side he wants to pick. I
understand that but I didn't think he would be so rigid or unwilling to
change. He just picks the same players all of the time. I am leaving.
I have understood that Inter will never win anything whereas if I was
at Milan, I would have already won the Champions' League and Lo
Scudetto." - Emre Belozoglu

This news didn't turn up anywhere else, so I don't believe it. If true,
Emre is simply trying to piss off Inter management so they let him
leave to an English club. Emre had announced he wanted to leave this
summer, but Inter were saying they didn't want to let him go.

He's one of my favorite Turkish players, but I don't watch Serie A...
is he really good enough to play first 11 at Arsenal or Milan?

I believe that Emre more or less thinks what he is reported to have said
though. Which is nothing scandalous, if Emre weren't a Inter's employee.
Ironically, I think that one of the reasons why Emre is right ("Inter will
never win anything") is that Inter's players feel they're allowed to freely
speak this way.

Stupid move. Those words ain't gonna help him. However, if Inter
receive a good offer, they'll gladly let him go.

You mean even if he weren't that injury-prone? No, he isn't. Well, maybe at
Arsenal...

Perhaps not, but Boro are said to be interested. Smile)

Even if he wasn't injury-prone there's no way he would play in the
Milan starting eleven in front of Pirlo. When Milan contacted him it
was before Ancelotti became coach and when Inter was generally doing
better than Milan in the league.

He made the comments in Turkish newspaper Vatan.

Tactically he's hopeless and has a bad temper. He only plays for himself
not for the team. Milan have shown zero interest in him since he joined
Inter.
