PLEASE NOTE, this month's dance is being moved from the
last Friday date to the second-last Friday so as to not conflict
with the Northwest Folklife Festival www.nwfolklife.org/

July 2: Fiddle Tunes Special. The Festival of American Fiddle Tunes starts
on July 4th this year. We've moved the dance back one week so we can have
one of the Festival's fine faculty musicians join us for this always
special end of the season dance.
From the squeakyfiddle site: "As always, we're taking the summer off. The
first
dance of the 2004-2005 season will happen on Sept 24. We're delighted to
have
Portlanders Uncle Wiggly kick off the season. Uncle Wiggly is Maggie
Brunjes,
Dave Mount, Martha Thompson and Charlie Hartness. No caller lined up yet,
but we'll let you know"

Be there and Be Square. You *can* do both.
