Okay, let me ask a question here, which of these new gfroups takes the place of
the old Rec. Arts. Anime. Creative newsgroup? |

For the posting of fanfics and so forth, r.a.a.c. is still the place.
For discussing things posted to r.a.a.c, you want r.a.a.fandom. For
almost all other non-series-specific discussion (and some which *is*
series-specific), you want r.a.a.misc.
To the best of my knowledge.
