Oracle 10.2 Compatibility issues with ASP.Net 2.0...

Hi all

We are currently using Asp.Net 2.0 and Oracle 9i. We are planning to
move to Oracle 10.2. Are there
any compatibility issues when changing the database.
Any help will be appreciated.
