You need to post your question in an Excel discussion group. This group is
for .NET programming issues.

Try this to find the group you need.

As you appear to be using a web interface, try this:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/

In the tree on the left, open English, then open Office and Desktop
Applications. In the Office and Desktop Applications subcategory, find and
open the Excel subcategory. Find a group there for your question.

It's coming up because the author of the sheet programmed it that way. The
programming is most likely password protected, so you wouldn't be able to
get rid of it even if you knew how.

There is a reason the author set the sheet up this way and by altering it,
you may be violating his/her copyright.
