I need to generate contour plot for one HDF-EOS file. The datasets in
this file only contain several value. The expected graphic is like
this: https://mywebspace.wisc.edu/zli76/HDF/IDL/MOD10_L2.A2000065.0040.005.2008235221207_Snow_Cover_Polar.pdf

Can anyone give me hint which parameter I need to add for contour
function?

Thanks

I doubt you want to contour that data. I suspect you
probably want to partition the data into different colors
so you can display it as an image. At least that's what
I would do with that data. :-)

Here is an article that describes how to do that.

If you did want to try to contour it. Set your LEVELS
keyword to the specific values present in the image.

Cheers,

David
