Two things:
1. Models are dependent upon the actual foundry and process you're using. So
there's no point having 90nm models from TSMC when you're using UMC, for example.
2. If the models are for a specific foundry, nobody on this list is allowed to
send them to you, because it will be breaking a non-disclosure agreement/license
with that foundry.
So best to contact the foundry you're actually using.
Cadence does provide a "generic" 90nm PDK (available from pdk.cadence.com) but
this is intended as an example database, not suited for real design (because
it's not targeted at a specific foundry). Also, this is really for Virtuoso
users rather than pspice users. There may be other pspice-compatible generic
90nm models available - but the PCB-based tools are not really my field of
expertise.
