mrtg not creating default config file...

when i run C:\mrtg-2.16.2\bin>perl cfgmaker public at (no spam) ip address --global
"WorkDir: c:\inetpub
\www\mrtg" --output mrtg.cfg it comes back with no erorrs and the file
isn't created, any ideas?
