Hello,
I need to create a 30lpi film for the second exposure of a pad printing
photopolymer plate.
I dont' know how to create this file, so any suggestion is really
welcome.
I'd like to create this file in Illustrator. If this isn't possible is
okay Photoshop.

30lpi means 30 lines per inch, so each line is 1/30th of an inch.
